Returns & Refund Policy- We hope you love your new purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might want to return an item back.

Change of mind - Please note that returns due to change of mind (e.g. remorse purchases) are accepted back within 14 days. In addition, remorse purchases have to be returned to us in original condition. If you wish to return your item within 14 days of receipt because you changed your mind please contact us. Our customer service team will send you the returns address with all the necessary details you would need to include in order to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for both the return postage costs & the shipping cost of delivery of your item that was incurred by us.

Item is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, it is malfunctioning or is missing parts -  In the unlikely event of your item is not as described in the listing, arriving in damaged condition, malfunctioning or missing something that was detailed in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of your purchase to inform us about any problems related to your purchase with us. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed information on how to return your item for a refund and will send you free post returns label. Please note that you would be required to keep proof of postage when you are returning your items.

 

Refunds - As soon as we receive your item back at our premises, we will inspect it and allocate your details for a refund. We aim to complete your refund within 24 hours or receiving your parcel back.
If an item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues, the item will need to be returned back to us and we will either repair or replace the item.

Regarding the batteries on used laptops we do not offer any warranty on them as batteries are consumable items, we do not test the duration of any batteries so please bear this in mind before purchasing.
